We are announcing a competition for an open vacancyTrade marketing manager (Traditional Trade direction).

Main responsibilities:

• Development of TMA planning tool and procedures (trade marketing activities) in the channel.
• Implementing the TMA strategy (month, quarter, year).
• Planning the TMA calendar, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the TMA.
• Determination of the methodology of TMA performance evaluation.
• Participation in the S&OP process.
• Planning, management and control of the use of TMA budgets.
• Price monitoring and providing recommendations on pricing policy.
• Audit of territories and carrying out stock checks.
• Development of MML, calculation of guidelines.
• Development of motivational programs for customers and the sales team.
• Development loyalty programs.
• Battery analytics, promo conversions, TRT segmentation.
• Participation in the process of developing channel growth drivers.
• Territories audit and conducting surveys.

• Study of the competitive environment.
• Resulting analytics: accuracy of planning, elasticity of discounts, post-promo effect, etc.
• Automation of current processes.
• Documentary support of TMA implementation.
• Participation in projects.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions (marketing / trade marketing / sales), preferably in FMCG companies. Experience in the tea and coffee categories will be a big advantage.
• You know how to build a trade marketing strategy in the channel, calculate the effectiveness and feasibility of using the budget.
• You have knowledge of the main trade and marketing tools and their impact on sales.
• You have experience in planning and further evaluation of TMA effectiveness.
• You have experience in the development of motivational programs for customers and the sales team
• You are a confident user of Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power Point. Power BI (preferred) .
• Possess a high level of self-organization and systematization in work.
• Ready to make decisions independently within the framework of the given authority and bear responsibility.
• Have analytical thinking and high communication skillsative skills.
