Main responsibilities: Planning and implementation of trade marketing activities to achieve the market share of Roshen brands in all sales channels (categories: chocolate and flour products) Preparation, approval, launch of promotions and sales promotion programs, as well as evaluation of the economic effect of promotional activitiesParticipation in the development and implementation of a plan for the introduction of new productsDevelopment and updating of planograms of product layouts, calculation of the efficiency of placementReference of the concepts of trade marketing equipment, visualization of the police with POS materials, calculation of efficiencyManagement of trade marketing budgets, control of formation and spending with maximum detail. Requirements for the candidate: Higher educationWork experience from 3 years in a similar position in systemic FMCG companies. Understanding of the sphere and business processes of distribution in FMCG. Experience in working with large amounts of information, excellent command of MS Excel (pivotal tables, mathematical and logical formulas) Ability to analyze and process large amounts of information and draw conclusions based on the conducted analysisKnowledge of the basics of product promotion and category management will be an advantage.
