Main tasks: Analysis of the structure of regional networks and sales volumes; Determination and development of a development plan for the TOP 10 customers together with the responsible KAM; Development and implementation of effective promotional programs aimed at increasing market/sales share; Planning and maintaining quarterly calendars; Development and implementation of an effective in-store communication program; Conducting audits of retail outlets; Tracking the activity of competitors. Requirements: Higher education; Work experience as a trade marketing manager; Experience in sales with modern retail customers will be an advantage; Experience in promotional planning; Knowledge of identifying and formation of market share (Value/Volume share); Is an advanced user of Excel and other MS Office products, knows how to work in 1C.
