Trade Marketing Manager in Forsazh, Rekrutingovaya kompaniya

Friends! We are looking for a specialist for the position of Trade Marketing Manager for our client - a European pharmaceutical company in Ukraine. Kyiv, work in the office.

Tasks:

• Development of a trade marketing strategy.
• Formation of an annual and quarterly plan of trade activities in accordance with the business goals of the company.
• Organization and launch of promotional campaigns, promotions, loyalty programs, sampling, POS materials.
• Development and implementation of a complex of e-commerce activities and working with e-KA.
• Ensuring effective representation of brands at points of sale (merchandising, showcases, displays).
• Analysis of the effectiveness of trade marketing activities (ROI, coverage, impact on sales). Preparation of regular reports for management and recommendations for optimization of activities.
• Monitoring of the competitive environment, pricing policy, promotional activities of other market players.
• Cooperation with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, regulatory department, support service).
• Improvement and optimization of analytics systems in the channel. Reporting. 
• Trade marketing budget management: planning, cost control, optimization.

Requirements: Successful experience in the field of trade marketing for 2 years or more in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Systematicity. Confident command of Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools. High communication skills, proactivity, strategic thinking. Ability to work with numbers, data, P&L, high expertise in analytics. Healthy values.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry - from 2 years.
• Higher education (marketing, economics, pharmacy - will be an advantage).
• Knowledge of specifics pharmacy channel and principles of trade marketing.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools.
• High communication skills, proactivity, strategic thinking.
