We need someone who can blend the roles of project manager and trade marketer seamlessly, and who's got a knack for strategic thinking. Your primary focus will be on driving visibility and boosting sales across both retail and on-premise distribution channels.The ideal candidate should bring 3-5 years of marketing experience to the table, gained either at an agency or within the CPG industry, along with a solid understanding of trade marketing principles. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, this role will also entail close collaboration with our sales team.Responsibilities:● Trade StrategyDevelop and execute trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives, focusing on retail and distribution channelsAssist in the development of annual trade marketing plans to drive brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition within key trade channelsTrack and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROIStay updated on industry trends and best practices in trade marketing, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, including competitive analysisProvide input as a key stakeholder in the development of trade marketing collateral and promotional materialsLeverage data and insights to build shopper programs through tactics including loyalty, couponing, shopper media, etc.● Project ManagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall business objectivesLead project management efforts for trade marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and deliveryMaintain project status sheets for internal and external parties to ensure the team stays on track with action items and next stepsCultivate relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support trade marketing initiatives as neededCoordinate with Public Relations team on trade-related initiatives and opportunitiesQualifications:3-5 years of marketing experienceExperience in trade marketing, either at an agency or in-house with a CPG brandProven track record of successful project management in a trade marketing contextAnalytical and creative mindset when developing trade marketing campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentBased in the New York City areaBONUS Qualifications:Previous experience in alcohol/beverage trade marketingPrevious experience in the startup worldUnderstanding of trade marketing strategies targeted towards diverse audiences Show more Show less Должностной уровень Специалист Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Маркетинг и Управление проектами Отрасли Оптовая торговля алкогольными напитками, Розничная торговля пищевыми продуктами и напитками и Производство напитков
