OJSC Ukraine is looking for a specialist in trade marketing analytics FUNCTION: Marketing LOCATION: Odesa ABOUT THE POSITION The responsibility of a specialist in trade marketing analytics is to provide analytical and operational support at the division/region level to the division manager and commercial managers and consolidation of information from the field structure of trade marketing and distribution for further transmission to support departments. RESPONSIBILITIES Formation of analytical tools (reports and dashboards) on the main business indicators for the division team, taking into account the specifics of current programs and the characteristics of the teams. Distribution of goals for field teams. Monitoring KPI performance and providing detailed information, regarding focus areas. Work with the Power BI tool on a daily basis, development of new reports and support of existing ones. Development and maintenance of the division dashboard, the main tool for monitoring the achievement of goals by key indicators. Centralization of information and feedback from representatives of sales and development business and commercial managers. Provision of quantitative and qualitative feedback and analysis of cyclical activity, NPI. Support of sales representatives from business development and commercial managers, regarding investment and contract documentation. Monitoring of retail engagement programs at the division level. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES 2 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
