ABOUT THE POSITION

The responsibility of the trade marketing analytics specialist is in providing analytical and operational support at the division/region level to the division manager and commercial managers and consolidating information from the field structure of trade marketing and distribution for further transfer to support departments. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formation of analytical tools (reports and dashboards) on the main business indicators for the division team, taking into account the specifics of current programs and team features.
• Distributing goals to field teams.
• Tracking KPI performance and providing detailed information on focus areas.
• Working with the Power BI tool on a daily basis, developing new reports and support of existing ones.
• Development and support of the division's dashboard, the main tool for monitoring the achievement of goals by key indicators.
• Centralization of information and feedback from representatives of sales, business development and commercial managers.
• Providing quantitative and qualitative feedback and analysis of cyclical activity, NPI.
• Support of sales representatives from business development and commercial managers, regarding investment and contract documentation.
• Monitoring retail engagement programs at the divisional level.

MANDATORY APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of experience in a similar position. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language
• Average level of command of the English language
• Higher education.
• Leadership skills.
