Main responsibilities:

  • development and planning of the annual plan of national and regional trade marketing activities for the Modern Trade sales channel, FMCG distributors;
  • participation in negotiations with clients together with distribution managers regarding the implementation of category management solutions in Modern Trade KZ;
  • organization and implementation of the annual/quarterly/monthly TMA plan (full support);

  • control over the implementation of agreements with trade networks regarding marketing budgets;
  • analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns/promo activities/advertisements in Modern Trade KZ;
  • calculation of profitability of projects;< /li>
  • interaction with suppliers, BTL- and RA;
  • creation of creatives for promotion activities, communication with the end consumer in the Modern Trade channel;
  • analysis of the need for POS- materials, development of proposals, control of receipts and expenditures, POSM budgeting;
  • development and implementation of indoor and outdoor advertising in retail and pharmacy networks;
  • monitoring of the competitive environment (price promotion activity of competitors) for КZ Modern Trade;
  • implementation of the merchandising process of КZ Modern Trade: planning of visit activity, monitoring of implementation, measurement of effectiveness;
  • audits of territories with the aim of assessing the quality of representation;
  • organization of trainings for the personnel of retail networks, sales team of distributors;
  • implementation and organization of sponsorship projects for approved products.

Requirements for candidates:

  • complete higher education;
  • work experience as a trade marketer - preferably from 2 years;
  • < li>understanding of the principles of category management in retail networks;
  • tactical vision of product development in the Modern Trade channel as part of a Trade campaign;
  • experience in using various BTL tools in trade networks;
