Your area of responsibility will include:
- Management and the development of the direction of trade research, providing data for comprehensive analysis and recommendations to the Company's Management, the Business Department, Marketing, CA&C, other local functions and headquarters and on trade research issues.
- Development and approval of the research calendar plan
- Planning and effective management of the trade research budget
- Ensuring effective cooperation, control and management of research agencies for timely implementation of the plan research
- Analysis of market opportunities in the field of research and providing recommendations on new tools, types of research, research agencies and improvement of the research process
- Support and development of cooperation with the service provider in the field of retail audit (Nielsen) , as well as in the management and support of the functioning of the internal system of access to information (Nielsen pivot )
- Communication with the Global Joint Service Center in Warsaw (GBS, Warsaw) and the headquarters regarding the processes of providing data for local and global reporting systems.
- Management of other regular research and projects aimed at analyzing industry and market trends, as well as management of non-regular trade research
- Close cooperation with the Procurement Function to develop partnerships with new suppliers of marketing research, participation in negotiations / tenders and revision of budgets
- Carrying out the necessary operations in SAP, supporting document circulation (contracts, orders, invoices, etc.)
- Providing the company's management with high-quality analytical reports developed on the basis of retail audit and other research data, timely updating and provision of reliable and effective recommendations.

Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:
- Higher education (preferably economics / marketing / statistics)
- At least 5 years in the field of FMCG (analytics / research / marketing or sales functions)
- Excellent MS Office skills (with a focus on Excel – Advanced level), SAP work skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, Nielsen software - will be an advantage
- Fluency in English (from Upper Intermediate level and above)
- Developed analytical skills and high-quality interpersonal communication
