The main task is to ensure the maximum efficiency of the work of partners, to be a driver of the development of the Trade-In service and to ensure the achievement of goals in terms of the volume of equipment adopted .

- Analyze the performance of the partner
- Identify growth drivers and restrictions, develop action plans to improve efficiency and drive buybacks, be responsible for plan implementation
- Breezy contact person for partners and build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with partners
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and organize mutual settlements with partners
- Visit partner outlets and analyze staff performance
- Initiates and monitors the implementation of marketing activities, motivational projects and programs in order to increase the volume of purchased equipment
