And we invite you to join our team Trade Contracting Specialist Your area of responsibility will be: Organize and plan the contract process for loyalty programs with retail in the trusted region Maintain internal contract databases: coordinate non-standard contract terms with the trade contracting team, initiate and control the process approval of contracts / additional agreements in accordance with internal policies and terms Ensure correct and systematic document flow (Paper and EDO through the САС system) Coordinate the payment process, record payment information in the internal database. Accept and check loyalty program payment documents with details from employees of the Region. Check and ensure full compliance of payment documents with the signed contracts. Control budget expenditures under contracts and coordinate the process with regional managers responsible for the contracting process. Process the budget in SAP and internal CRM systems. Ensure budget fixation in accordance with signed contractsPrepare budget usage statuses for the Regional Manager and trade contracting team on a monthly basis and upon requestFix contracts and reconcile information in CRM. Provide relevant and correct display of data Provide regional employees with contracting statuses and advise on document management issues Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have: Higher education From 1 year of work experience in an administrative position Experience with document management, understanding of the contracting process Fluency in Ukrainian, English - at the pre-intermediate+ level (preferred) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), skills in working with CRM and SAP will be an advantage. Attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines. Willingness to work with large amounts of information, the ability to systematize documents. Developed communication skills, the ability to work in a team. work - 50/50 (work in the office / remote work).
