Trade Contracts Specialist
In your area responsibilities will be:
Organize and plan the contract process for loyalty programs with retail in the entrusted region.
Maintain internal contract databases: coordinate non-standard contract terms with the trade contracting team, initiate and control the process of approval of contracts / additional agreements in accordance with internal policies and terms.
Ensure correct and systematized document flow (Paper and EDO through the system САS).
Coordinate the payment process, record payment information in the internal database. Accept and check loyalty program payment documents with details from employees of the Region. Check and ensure full compliance of payment documents with the signed contracts.
· Control budget expenditures under contracts and coordinate the process with regional managers responsible for the contracting process. Process the budget in SAP and internal CRM systems. Ensure budget fixation in accordance with concluded contracts.
Prepare budget utilization statuses for the Regional Manager and trade contracting team on a monthly basis and upon request.
Fix contracts and match information in CRM. Provide relevant and correct display of data

Provide regional employees with contracting statuses and advise on document management issues.
Work with Siebel, CAS, M.E.Doc, Document.Online systems — administration of contract modules, budgets, preparation of reports, implementation of changes.
Monitoring changes in legislation, adaptation of processes, preparation of instructions.
Experience, skills and abilities required:
Experience in working with contractual documentstation, budgets, payment processes - from 1 year.
Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation related to economic activity and document management.
Experience with SAP, Siebel, CAS, M.E.Doc or similar systems.
Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel)
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, organization.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
The contracting organization keeps military records of all conscripted employees. The presence of a corresponding military registration document for conscripts is mandatory for preparing a job offer and concluding an employment contract with a contracting organization.
