Join the ride!Tracking Specialist is responsible for the monitoring and tracking of our customers' freight. This role supports the efforts of our office by providing visibility and maintaining accurate documentation for all loads.The key responsibilities of this role are to provide clear and concise communication, troubleshoot customer concerns and to pro-actively monitor the movement of freight to ensure customer satisfaction.REQUIREMENTS:Experience with GPS or tracking software is a great plusExpedite transportation industry knowledge and experience is a great plusDispatch or track and trace experience is a must.Proficiency in English - B2 (upper-intermediate)RESPONSIBILITIES:Track and trace all load assignments to ensure accuracy and delivery of time-sensitive freight Initiate «check calls» with drivers on all pick-ups and deliveriesCommunicate with drivers to ensure that on-time service is provided for all customer shipmentsClosely monitor freight via multiple detailed websites to ensure accurate delivery times and to notify customers of potential delaysMaintain accurate records to include time/date stamps, seal numbers and any specific customer notesWork cooperatively with customer service/sales to provide solutions for customers' needs and resolve issue’s.SCHEDULE:1) 23:00—08:00 3/32) 14:00-00:00 Sunday-Thursday3) 14:00-00:00 Saturday-WednesdayWork from office: Kyiv, BeresteiskaOPPORTUNITIES:Swedish professional growth.Working in a friendly team of like-minded people.Competitive salary based on the USD exchange rate.Convenient underground parking.Work in a quiet and daily office (Kiev) with a cool Playzone.Regular corporate visits.Transport interchange within walking distance (right part of Kyiv), closest metro-station is Beresteiska.5 days pay vacations.Accounting support.We are waiting for your resume and want to get to know each other as soon as possible!Please also include links to your social networks in your resume
