Manager of Tourism in Pro Karpaty, TK

We are looking for a responsible and energetic person for the position of tourism manager in TC "Pro Karpaty". Our company specializes in organizing tours and excursions to Transcarpathia/Carpathians and to neighboring Europe. We offer a variety of outdoor activities in the Carpathians. Your duties will include: Advising customers about our tours, excursions and services; Planning and organizing tourist itineraries; Booking hotels, transport and other services for customers; Ensuring a high level of customer service, responding to their requests and solving problems; Attracting new customers and expanding the customer base; Keeping financial records and reporting on the sale of tours. Requirements: Experience in the tourism industry for at least 1 year; Higher education in the field of tourism, hotel and restaurant business or related specialties; High communication skills and customer service skills; Ability to work in a team and ability to make decisions; Good knowledge of the Carpathian region and its tourist opportunities; Proficiency in English, Hungarian or another foreign language at an above average level.
