Main requirements:

• Higher education;
• Successful experience of working as a store manager from the 1st year;
• Experience of managing a team of at least 5 people;
• Knowledge of retail store operation technologies;
• Knowledge of cashier discipline norms;
• Knowledge of store regulatory documentation and legal bases trade;
• Computer skills at the level of an experienced user (Excel, Word, 1C).
• Personal qualities: active life position, focus on results, leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, initiative, purposefulness.

Functional duties:

• Organization of effective work, responsibility for positive dynamics store;
• Personnel management (training, motivation, control);
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and growth of economic indicators;
• Interaction with regulatory bodies;
• Receipt of goods, conducting inventories;
• Reporting to the Company's head office and analysis of work results.
