We are looking for an experienced and motivated TL Arbitrage Team Leader to manage the arbitrage team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing arbitrage strategies in the market, as well as training and development of the team in order to achieve maximum results. What you will do: Development and implementation of arbitrage strategies in the iGaming/Crypto/Finance market. Management of the arbitrage team activities, including task allocation and monitoring of results. Training and development of team members in order to increase their effectiveness and professional skills. Analyzing market trends and finding new opportunities for arbitrage. Ensuring a high level of cooperation with other company departments to achieve common goals. Requirements: Experience in iGaming/Crypto/Finance markets, including arbitrage (preferably 2 years or more). High leadership and Communication skills.
