We are looking for a Team Lead Writer who will create stories together with the team that will be watched by tens of millions of people from different countries around the world. We are looking for a screenwriter who, along with the ability to write a cool story, will follow the trends on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok, and will understand how to make this story even more relevant and interesting for the viewer.

What are your responsibilities:

• Working with screenwriters in the script room in the office (3 screenwriters in the team)
• Generating interesting ideas together with the script room (initial episode, and further to resolution as needed)
• Selection of working stories, which are taken up for script writing
• Reading and editing of finished scripts
• Approval and editing of 10-12 scripts per month
• Protecting the script and making edits after it has been read by the creative producer
• Monitoring and controlling the deadlines of the script room

• Experience as a Chief Editor or Script Doctor from 3 years
• Knowledge of the principles of drama, the ability to generate several ideas a day, invent unexpected plot twists and turns.
• Understanding the full cycle of video production (from idea to release)
