Vacancy: Team Leader for an IT startup
We are a dynamically developing new IT startup in the USA. We sell SaaS IT services in the B2B sphere of the food industry and restaurant and hotel business.
The work is remote, so we expect candidates to have a high level of self-organization and responsibility.
You are in our team if you are:

- you know how to motivate your team; knowledge of English at a conversational level will be a great advantage.
Main duties:
1. Search and selection of candidates for the team.
2. Conducting morning motivational 5-minute sessions on Zoom with the team.
3. Coordination of sales manager work processes.
4. Working on mistakes and training the team.
5. Monitoring the work of the sales manager through the CRM system.
Our ideal candidate:
- A cheerful and motivated professional with experience in b2b sales.
- Confident PC user with leadership qualities sufficient to manage a sales manager team.
- Has desktop or laptop to work with.
