Good day! Healthy Plus Company looking for a team span>motivated and experienced team leader for our contact center, who will help increase the efficiency of the team and ensure high quality of offer processing. Main duties:

• Receipt of reports from the supervisor and the quality control department regarding the performance indicators of operators and the quality of offer processing.
• Analysis of received reports and identification of weak points in the work of operators
• Work on improving weak points, development and implementation strategies for increasing efficiency.
• Training operators to sell new offers and improving sales skills. 
• Constant improvement of language modules and scripts for operators.
• Additional training of operators after the initial training from the trainer.
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure maximum efficiency of the team.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in managing teams or in a similar position.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively train and motivate a team.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and make quick decisions
• High motivation and result orientation.
• Knowledge of telephone and online customer service methods and techniques.
