Кого ми шукаємо? 

Тім-ліда у трафік-агенцію “AVM Agency”. Професіонала, який несе відповідальність за якість відділу таргетингу (Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok). Експерта, який володіє найсвіжішою інформацією у світі реклами і буде допомагати нашій команді медіа баєрів. 

Що потрібно робити?

• Мати досвід роботи від 2-х років на аналогічній посаді;

• Проведення аудитів для потенційних клієнтів; 

• Зіставлення КП, розробка стратегій запуску для потенційних клієнтів, декомпозицій; 

• Conducting interviews with potential agency employees;

• Conducting daily calls with the project team; p>

• Internal audit of advertising campaign;

• Checking the quality of preparatory works by media buyers;

Granting access to the office, pixel, BS on the mother;

• Distribution of projects to media buyers;

• Understanding process and team building;

• Monitor the work of the team and fulfill KPI;

• Updating or compiling the agency's internal files to improve the quality of work (eg adaptation, instructions, etc.).
  
  

Requirements:

• English language level B2 and above.

• Setting up the system work of the entire team on projects

• Successful barrier team management experience and team training

• Have knowledge of integrated marketing for E-commerce business

How do we work? 

The entire team works remotely. It is important to be available online from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, and earlier/later in case of force majeure. You can move freely, the main thing for us is the result.
