TikTok Project Manager in OMG Agency

We dream of finding a person who understands both creative and project management at the same time. 
Stages of interviews: HR (call)- test- getting to know the team leader and CEO. 
Full-time, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., hybrid. We support work-life balance, so you can partially work remotely, but sometimes you have to be present in the office or on set. We work in a comfortable open space office in the center of the capital on Vozdvizhenka.

Our person:

— understands TikTok and trends; 

— knows how to budget and protect budgets;

— has organizational and communication skills (ability to adjust processes with the team and the client);

— understands production processes ( photo and video production);

— has experience in developing videos in an advertising / marketing agency or on advertising topics (Tik Tok / Insta Reels).

Responsibilities:

— take part in the debriefing;

— participate in the creation and protection of KP; 

— control and participation in the development of the communication concept; 

— organization and supervision of the work of the internal team (screenwriters, moderators, designers, etc.);  

— organization and supervision of filming and post-production; 

- budgeting;  

— communication with the client; 

— document flow control; 

- reporting.
