TikTok Creator / Video Maker (Semi-realism, Digital Art, AI) in NextNextDev

We are a small creative team developing a TikTok channel in the visual style of semi-realism and digital art. We create aesthetic content at the intersection of semi-realism and anime.

We are looking for a TikTok Creator / video maker who does not just edit, but comes up with ideas, feels the rhythm of short videos and wants to work with advanced AI tools.

This is a position for a person with first editing experience (freelance / own projects / client videos) who wants to improve as a creator and work with regular TikTok content.

KEY DUTIES

1. Ensure regular output of content: 1 video per day (duration 20-120 seconds).

You don't have to work every day: you can prepare a batch of videos in advance and plan publications according to the schedule.

2. Come up with ideas and scenarios.

It is important to understand the format of the hook, mood and visual image in our stylistics (semi-realism / digital art).

3. Generate visuals using AI.

We provide full access to the necessary software:

- Google ecosystem: veo, imagen, nano banana pro.

- Our internal tool for generation and quality improvement.

A powerful PC is not needed for this, the main processes take place in the cloud.

4. Edit videos in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Quality gluing, selection of music, sound design, editing "to the beat".

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience editing short videos: TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts / AMV / showreel. It is important for us to see that you already know how to work with rhythm and frame.

- Possession of DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro at the level of basic to confident.

- Availability of work examples (portfolio links or individual videos).

Ability to edit videos remotely (PC/laptop).

WILL BE A PLUS

- Experience with any AI image or video generators.

- Understanding TikTok metrics: retention, CTR, virality.

TERMS OF WORK

- Rate: UAH 20,000/month (start).

- Bonuses: Additional bonuses for videos that significantly exceed the average views.

- Format: Fully remote work.

- Schedule: Flexible. The main thing is to have ready-made content according to the publication plan.

- Tools: We pay for and provide access to the Google ecosystem (veo, imagen, nano banana pro) and our internal tool.
