Working schedule : 2PM— 11PM Mon-Fri/ NS/Wekends Main Responsibilities: —Installation, configuration and finetune products remote and on-site. —Working with customers toensure full deployment and support. —Create supporting documentation for customers —Provide formal remote and onsite training with onthe job training tocustomers —Provide Tier1-2 support— include deep investigation, provide workaround tovarious problems while meeting SLAs. —Working closely with the SoC, Research and Development teams toensure quick resolution —Understand customer needs and help toshape product.
