Jira Administrator Lviv, remotely The Infrastructure Operations Department is responsible for the uninterrupted operation of the company's distributed infrastructure. In this position, you will advise users on the capabilities of Jira, create and configure Jira projects. Your ideas and initiatives will help to automate the processes and interaction of various divisions of the company's Ukrainian, Polish, and Israeli studios. You will be able to work at the office in Lviv or remotely on the territory of Ukraine. You will: administer Jira and Jira Service Desk; advise users on the capabilities of Jira and best-practices; create and configure Jira/Jira Service Desk projects with production processes, screen schemes, post-functions and validators; automate Jira projects using the ScriptRunner plugin; create and configure boards, dashboards and roadmaps; configure integrations with services. We expect from you: 2+ years of work experience in our position; in-depth knowledge of Jira/ Jira Service Desk functions, in particular Data Center; skills in writing JQL queries; ability to create custom dashboards in Jira; knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies; the ability to make clear technical tasks; command of the Ukrainian language; knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level. It will be an advantage: skills in working with Groovy; skills in working with Jira Assets; experience installing Jira, migrating and installing plugins.
