Due to the development of the team, we are looking for aJira Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of the Jira Cloud environment (users, groups, access rights, permission schemes, notifications, roles).
• Creation, configuration and support of workflow, issue types, screens, custom fields, automations.
• Optimization of existing processes and automation of routine tasks in Jira.
• Support teams in setting up projects (Software, Business, Service Management).
• Administration of Jira Service Management (queues, SLA, forms, automation) — nice to have.
• Creation of dashboards, reports and filters for management and operational analytics.
• Integration of Jira with other systems (Slack, Confluence, Creatio, GitHub, Teams).
• Maintenance of documentation on configurations, changes, policies access.
• Implementation of best practices for the administration of Atlassian environments.
• User support and consultation on the use of Jira.

Requirements:

• Work experience administrator of Jira Cloud from 2 years.
• Deep understanding of Jira Cloud architecture (schemes, workflows, issue types, permissions).
• Experience in configuring Jira Automation, custom fields, post functions, validators.
• Experience in creating and administering projects (Team-managed, Company-managed).
• Understanding Jira Service Management — queues, SLAs, forms, request types (as advantage).
• Ability to work with JQL, create reports, dashboards, analytical panels
• Basic knowledge of Atlassian API, experience with integrations (via REST API, Webhooks, Zapier or ScriptRunner Cloud).
• Knowledge of Atlassian Access / Organization Management (groups, SSO, SCIM— as a plus)
• Proficiency in English at a level sufficient to read technical documentation and communicate.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking.
