The Kyivstar company is looking for a customer service specialist - a key role that combines high-quality service, expert advice and active sales, creating a positive experience of interaction with the company for customers.

Key duties:

• Advise customers about the company's products, services, tariffs and promotions.
• Sell equipment, services and services in accordance with service standards.
• Carry out cash registers operations and settlements with customers through PRO.
• Sign up contracts, warranty coupons, connection of services and sale of SIM cards.
• Inform customers about terms of payment, warranty and return of goods.
• Execute individual sales plans and performance indicators.
• Ensure safekeeping of cash, goods and material values.
• Control availability and safekeeping of goods in shop windows.
• Comply internal standards, procedures and requirements of the company.

Key requirements:

• Education - secondary special.
• Experience of working with customers in retail sales or service for 2 years (will be an advantage).
• Skills in conducting cash operations and working with PRO.
• Ability to advise customers and present products and services.
• Orientation for the implementation of sales plans and customer service standards.
• Responsibility, attention to detail and honesty in work.
• Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), 1C.
