In this regard, we are looking for an Operations Director / Facility Manager who will take full responsibility for business management and development of 12 Blades in Odessa.

Instagram optimization and regulation of business processes.

 Who we are looking for:

• Candidate with management experience in HoReCa, beauty industry or hotel business from 3 years.
• A person with systems thinking and experience building processes "from scratch".
• A specialist who understands service, customer experience and hospitality standards.
• A manager with experience in managing a team (10+ employees).
• Proactive and an initiative person who knows how to take responsibility and propose solutions.
