Chief specialist in support of the Service Desk platform Key tasks:
- Administration, support and development of the self-service portal users of the service-desk system;
- Administration of the Omnitracker service-desk system ;
- QlikSense reporting system administration;
- Configuration and support of integrations of the service desk system with external systems of contractors;
This position requires :
- Higher technical or economic education;
- Experience in IT support;
- Experience in information systems administration.
