Main duties:

• Analysis of information for calculation, filling and submission of tax declarations for excise, environmental, transport taxes and rent for water use;
• Submission for payment of tax amounts, reconciliation with DPS;
• Formation and submission of a report form 1-op "Report on volumes of circulation of alcoholic beverages";
• Providing answers to requests of DPS;
• Carrying out cost accruals in accounting for relevant taxes, balancing balances on accounts;
• Submission of statements on objects of taxation (form 20-opp; if necessary 17-opp) to the DPS;
• Reconciliation and analysis of data on tax obligations and timeliness of payment of taxes in the EC;
• Participation in auditing and tax audits;
• Analysis of circulation of excise goods, control of circulation of electronic excise stamps and write-off of excise goods, carrying out surcharges of excise tax. Participation in the implementation of the electronic excise stamp e-excise;
• Performing other tasks of the head of the department, deputy director of the department, director of the department.

Skills important for the performance of functional duties:

• Higher education (economics, finance, accounting);
• Knowledge of tax legislation on local taxes (environmental tax, excise tax, transport tax, rent for water use, land fee, real estate tax, etc.);
• Ability to use reference legal systems, control and analyze changes in tax legislation legislation;
• Desire to develop and learn new information, constant improvement of professional knowledge, skills and qualifications;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Analytical abilities, experience in using software: SAP, 1c, Medoc, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Excellent knowledge of the order of filling out the report form 1-op, order submissions of 20-opp, 17-opp;
• Ability to clearly and competently respond to written requests of the DPS in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
