Head of the team of interviewers (Team Leader) in ACTED

Period of work:

• The position involves project work under financing
• Term of the project 20.03.2026 - 30.06.2026 with the possibility of extension

Salary:

Head of the interviewer team — 1956 hryvnias. on the day before taxation

FUNCTIONS

• Support field team members by directions in cooperation with local authorities, military structures, facilities, partners and other interested parties parties.
• Archive all necessary field documents, photos and information during and after data collection in designated directories/servers.
• Editing, proofreading field documentation in Russian/Ukrainian/English languages, printing, scanning.
• Participate in evaluation planning, including preparation of movement plans, order forms and other relevant steps;
• Coordinate field teams during data collection;
• Provide capacity, organizational and team activities for data collectors; prepare regular reports on current activities;
• Conduct special data collection exercises;
• Participate in training activities and lessons learned, including preparation, conducting individual training sessions, taking notes, developing proposals for improvement;
• Provide practical support to local authorities and local self-governance regarding data collection in capacity building;
• Act as a focal point for day-to-day interactions with local authorities and self-governance at district and local levels;
• Attend coordination meetings upon request and take minutes;
• Perform administrative tasks in accordance with requirements.
• Mandatory possibility of business trips (from 5 to 10 days continuously).

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience collecting and/or processing and analyzing data
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail
• Proactive approach to support the team
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Awareness of the location of the population centers of the target areas is a plus
• English is a plus
• Previous experience with NGOs is a plus advantage
