Interviewer Team Leader (Team Leader)

ACTED is a French NGO founded in 1993 that supports vulnerable populations affected by humanitarian crises around the world. ACTED provides ongoing support to vulnerable communities by ensuring the sustainability of post-crisis interventions and preparedness for the long-term challenges facing populations to break the cycle of poverty, promote development and reduce vulnerability to disasters. Period of work:

• The position involves project work under financing
• The project period is from 01/15/2026 to 02/28/2026, with the possibility continued

Remuneration:

Interviewer team leader — UAH 1,956 per day before tax

FUNCTIONS

• Supporting field team members in directions in cooperation with local authorities, military structures, facilities, partners and other interested parties.
• Archiving of all necessary field documents, photos, and information during and after data collection in designated catalogs/servers.
• Editing, proofreading field documentation in Russian/Ukrainian/English languages, printing, scanning.
• Participate in evaluation planning, including preparation of relocation plans, order forms, and other relevant steps;
• Coordinate field teams during collection data;
• Ensure capacity, organizational and team activities for data collectors; prepare regular reports on current activities;
• Conduct special data collection exercises;
• Participate in training activities and lessons learned, including preparation, conducting individual training sessions, taking notes, developing proposals for improvement;
• Provide practical support to local authorities and local governments on data collection in capacity building;
• Act as a focal point for day-to-day interaction with local authorities and self-government at the district and local levels;
• Attend coordination meetings upon request and keep minutes;
• Perform administrative tasks in accordance with requirements.

Mandatory opportunity for business trips (from 5 to 10 days continuously).
 
This vacancy involves working in the organization's call center and conducting surveys within the scope of humanitarian research (removed). 

Attention! According to current legislation, upon employment, citizens of Ukraine who are conscripted into the military must provide military registration documents and update their military registration data.
