in connection with the opening of a new warehouse in Lviv (Zymna Voda) is looking for a specialist for the position of SHIFT MANAGER (c. Zimna Voda)

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Organization and coordination of the work of the shift staff for the implementation of the warehouse plan (reception, dispatch, arrangement, rotation of products, collection of orders).
• Control of loading and unloading operations and storage of goods.
• Checking the expiration dates of goods, preventing the receipt or shipment of overdue products.
• Personnel management: holding meetings, assigning tasks, evaluating the effectiveness of team work.
• Maintaining the necessary documentation and drawing up acts on non-conformity of cargo.
• Equipment serviceability control, detection and troubleshooting.
• Adherence to HACCP standards, safety and fire safety.
• Temperature monitoring in storage areas.
• Participation in inventory and residue control products.
• Control over the return of low-quality products, product recall and compliance with corporate standards.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Professional education
• Experience in a warehouse (will be an advantage)
• Experience in a warehousehellish technique
• Confident PC user (Word, Excel, 1C, Outlook)
• Responsibility, proactivity
• Ability and desire to work in a team
• Readiness for a flexible work schedule
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics and document management basics
