speak the state language; Knowledge of English (written/oral) at a sufficient level;

Ability to work in a team and individually, organize a project office;

2. Organization of work, management and advisory support of the project office that will interact with selected social services providers. Control and coordination of work on providing small social services grants supported by the mechanism. Ensuring the organization and implementation of competitive selection of small grants in accordance with the order of selection of social services providers.

5. Communication and coordination of the interaction of the main involved institutions and organizations involved in the introduction of national procurement mechanisms (Fund for Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, UNICEF, Isar of Unity, etc.). Developing and coordinating with partners of basic politicians and procedures that will ensure the organization of small grants, the work of the project office and institutionalization of work in the national procurement mechanism. 

7. Coordinationthe processes of consulting support and development of the potential of selected social services providers, summarizing the results of providing services and institutional development of providers.

8. Control and coordination of reporting work on the results of the project office and providing social services in the limits of supporting a small grant program. Monitoring the state of implementation of financial assistance in the form of small grants for the provision of social services, gathering information on the results of evaluating the quality of social services.
