• experience of working in managerial positions in the field of HR from 3 years with a staff of more than 100 people (work experience on a manufacturing enterprise will be an advantage);
• higher education (management, sociology, psychology, HR);
• knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and others legal acts regulating the work of the HR service during martial law;
• knowledge of modern personnel management methods and HR processes;
• high communication skills, multitasking, the ability to accept reasonable solutions;
• experienced user of 1C, PC, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian, preferably knowledge of English at the B1 level.

Responsibilities:

• management of the personnel department at a food enterprise with more than 250 employees;
• organization of the full cycle of personnel search and selection;
• development, updating and implementation systems of material and non-material motivation of personnel;
• monitoring and analysis of the level of salaries;
• organization and control of personnel administration in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
• implementation of adaptation programs, training , improving the qualifications of the personnel reserve for employees;
• creating internal regulatory documents (regulations, orders, work and job instructions), monitoring their implementation;
• planning, documentation, and reporting skills;< /li>
• support and development of corporate culture.
