The head of the online store/ Head of Digital in ATB-market

Main responsibilities:

• e-commerce project management;
• development and implementation of online store development strategy;
• management of Digital channels (SEO, PPC, Email, Push, SMM, Affiliate);
• constant analysis of UX/UI and sales funnels; formation and testing of hypotheses to increase conversion;
• setting up technical specifications for the development team, control of integration and implementation;
• monitoring of key indicators (KPI), analysis of the market and competitors, preparation of reports;
• regular audit of advertising campaigns, preparation of guidelines and short recommendations, implementation of remarketing strategy, analysis of creatives;
• development of digital strategy company.

Main requirements:

• higher education (marketing, development, analytics);
• 3 years of E-commerce project management experience;
• experience in digital marketing with management of significant budgets;
• experience in IT Project Management, Digital projects;
• deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.;

• experience of managing development projects (web, mobile applications) according to methodologies;

• experience of working with development, designer and marketing teams.
