Joint development of marketing tools for the development and achievement of the sales plan - promos and discounts , digital tools, etc. Operational content management: formation of product description rules, viewing and updating of all product cards, setting of categories and filters. Management of all advertising campaigns — formation of a monthly budget, launch of advertising campaigns on all channels, newsletters, etc. Launch and operation of CRM IM systems — definition of criteria and segmentation of the customer base according to them, development of tools to increase sales for each of them. Development of partner programs — cashback with banks and other programs to increase IM maintenance and database development. IM administration, site optimization. Together with SMO formation of the annual plan for the development of IM — expansion of the range of related products, search for options for optimizing the terms of delivery of the order to the client. Together with SMO, the development and formation of a business plan for the dark-store project in Kyiv and Odesa (issue point, warehouse and location for presentations and tastings) Engagement of external contractors for the organization of IM work - designers, IT specialists, copywriters, translators. Requirements for candidate: Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years. Experience in managing the full sales cycle. Ability to set SMART tasks and control their implementation. High level of communication and negotiation skills.
