The job involves taking the position of the head of the expert group on issues of digital transformations and digitalization in the General Department on issues of digitalization in the field civil service in the NADS

Mandatory requirements:

• Ukrainian citizenship;
• higher education, not lower than a master's degree;
• experience of working in public service positions of categories "B" or "B" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of working in management positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, for at least two years;
• fluency in the state language;
• experience of direct implementation of IT systems will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient to create and process documentation for IT systems will be an advantage.
