Foreman of the workshop for the production of semi-finished products in LembergMit, TOV

TD "LembergMeat", one of the largest producers of meat raw materials in Ukraine, invites to join its team a foreman of the workshop for the production of semi-finished products.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of technological processes and product quality requirements;
• Experience in the food industry (preferably in the production of semi-finished products or sausage products);
• Experience in personnel management will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Checking raw material balances in the warehouse;
• Receiving and analyzing the order;
• Forming a daily task plan for the shop;
• Timely response to the shift order;
• Control of order execution terms;
• Control of production of products according to technological maps;
• Control of product packaging and labeling;
• Control of compliance with HACCP norms;
• Control of attendance by department employees;
• Formation of orders for raw materials and spices.
