Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Creatio Developer with specific experience in applying low code/no code practices within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and extensive experience with the Creatio platform (service/sales products). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for client registration, regulatory checks, and product sales processes (cards, loans, account opening, deposits) within the Creatio CRM system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize applications within the Creatio platform, focusing on banking processes.
• Design and implement custom business processes, workflows, and integrations for client registration, regulatory checks, and product sales (cards, loans, account opening, deposits).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system configurations, scripting, and coding to extend the functionality of Creatio.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Creatio environment.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creatio Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects in the banking industry.
• Proficiency in low code/no code practices, particularly within banking processes such as client registration, regulatory checks, and product sales.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems, business process management, and workflow automation.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Python.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Creatio Developer certification.
• Experience with SQL databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
