"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population that affected by the conflict, through the provision of legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes changes in legislation, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive team player who is interested in networking, effective communication and self-development to protection of internally displaced persons and persons affected by the conflict.

TASKS AND DUTIES:

  • Organization of the work of the hub, implementation of control over rational expenditure material, technical and labor resources;
  • Coordination of the work of the humanitarian hub, including management of daily activities and resources;
  • Conclusion of contracts;
  • Contributes to the proper performance of duties by employees , in accordance with their qualifications and, accordingly, the project areas of activity;
  • Observance and ensuring that employees comply with the terms of the Organization's projects, internal regulations and policies;
  • Planning events and drawing up a monthly schedule;

  • Development and implementation of procedures to improve the efficiency of the hub.
  • Communication with volunteers, charities, donors and local authorities.
  • Performance of other duties as necessary

  • Participate in all meetings, meetings, committees related to project implementation as instructed by the Project Manager.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education
  • Work experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of oral and written English at least B2 level;
  • Excellent work skills with a computer (must be MS Office);
  • Time management skills
  • Experience working in inclusive and multicultural teams will be an advantage;

Full time employment , part-time work is not considered.
