The chief manager for the analysis of credit projects of lending to clients in the manufacturing industry in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Chief Manager for the analysis of credit projects of lending to customers of the manufacturing industry who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

Main responsibilities:

• Timely and high-quality in-depth examination of credit projects, including analysis of business risks, industry risks, market risks, financial condition risks and transaction risks
• Writing complex credit proposals for medium and corporate clients business, including in English (if necessary)
• Calculation of key financial indicators (including NPV, DSCR, IRR, DSRA) depending on the specifics of the project
• Analysis of forecast cash flow (cash-flow) and conducting its stress testing to assess project sustainability
• Preparation of analytical conclusions and materials for the Credit Committee, Board and Supervisory Board of the Bank. Participation and defense of credit projects at collegial bodies, including in English
• Support, control and coordination of the process of preparing credit proposals and materials for the Credit Committee

Main requirements:

• Higher education (economics, finance and credit, banking, management, jurisprudence or related)
• 5+ years of work experience in a bank or financial institution in relevant positions (chief specialist/analyst/specialist of the credit department, underwriting or risk department)
• 3+ years of work experience in banks with foreign capital in risk or business units
• 3+ years of practical project protection experience at the Credit Committee level and above
• Proficient knowledge of the main approaches to financial analysis of legal entities in the Corporate business segment (including FOP and Enterprise Groups) and the ability to calculate forecast indicators
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting, in particular according to IFRS, and the ability to conduct financial analysis reporting prepared in accordance with these standards
• Ability to build, analyze and stress-test forecasted cash-flow, as well as structure complex credit projects
• Understanding the specifics of clients' business (including groups of related counterparties), as well as knowledge of trends and peculiarities of national economy industries
• Writing skills andpresentation of a loan offer to collegial bodies in Ukrainian and English
• Confident user of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-Intermediate (B1) level
