Administrator of the dining room of the Kromberg & Schubert plant in Canfood

The corporate canteen is looking for a Senior canteen administrator:

• experience of working in catering establishments (supermarkets) from 1 year in similar positions;
• basic knowledge of HACCP standards;
• communication skills, ability to organize a team;

Responsibilities:

• organization of canteen guest service (management canteen staff, shifts, schedules);
• control of key processes: cleanliness of the hall, availability of non-circulating materials, dishes, consumables in their places);
• control of cash register discipline;
• ensuring compliance with sanitary requirements.
