Responsibilities:

• Conducting manual testing of the website and CRM system.
• Development and execution of test scenarios, test cases and checklists.
• Conducting regression, functional, integration and UX/UI testing.
• Analysis and documentation of found defects in the bug tracking system (Jira).
• Interaction with developers and project managers to eliminate errors and improve product quality.

• Maintaining test documentation relevance.

Requirements:

• Ability to test web applications and CRM -systems.
• Knowledge of testing methods and tools (manual, automated testing will be a plus).
• Understanding software development processes and the bug lifecycle.
• Experience working with bug-tracking systems (Jira).
• Attention to details, analytical mindset. Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with other departments.
• Experience with version control system (Git) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the basics of HTML/CSS, experience with browser-based developer tools.
• English language only at the level of reading technical documentation.
