We are currently looking for a Test Manager for a project in the banking industry. Our goal is to implement modern solutions in the banking sector that will ensure the highest quality of services and customer satisfaction. The project concerns the development and maintenance of core banking systems, which are the foundation of banks' operations. These systems include account management, transaction processing, loan and deposit management, and many other key operational functions.

Employment decision

We are waiting for you if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in test management in large IT projects, including in the banking industry
• You have practical experience in working with test support tools
• You have knowledge of standards and best practices in software testing (ISTQB will be an additional advantage)
• You know English at B2 level or higher
• You have analytical, team management and effective communication skills
• You are inquisitive and meticulous in testing various applications and solutions
