Summary
Falck Global IT is looking for a Test Lead for Falck Healthcare&Corporate, new healthcare platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 . This role covers planning, definition, coordination and execution of tests with focus on Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
About us
You will be part of the Healthcare & Corporate, Healthcare Platform team. This team delivers IT solutions which:
- supports multiple Products and Services provided to Falck Customers, e.g. Global Assistance, Healthcare Assistance
- provides relevant business capabilities e.g. claims handling, case management,
- leverages common platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrations to external systems, e.g. for Customer Authentication, Bookings, Finance Management
- support 6400+ medical professionals in Scandinavia providing 250k+ treatments yearly
On the other side you will be a member of Quality Assurance Competency Center . This will help you to follow proven quality assurance standards and learn from more experienced professionals fully dedicated to Quality Assurance.
About you
We would think that you have a relevant IT background and that you understand different IT solutions addressing both internal and external Customer needs. You will be responsible for your own area of tests, and it is therefore important that you are not afraid to make your own decisions to make things move forward.
We also expect that you have a proactive and structured approach to your tasks, and that you by means of your communicative skills can create and maintain strong relations to your partners.
At Falck we work primarily agile, and it will be an advantage, if you have knowledge (maybe even experience with) about agile delivery methods. There are many ways to have gained relevant knowledge and/or experience for this job, so we encourage you to apply if you find the description fits your interests and abilities.
About your skills:
- at least 3 years of experience in coordination of tests for different test levels
- experience in test planning with strict dependencies
- experience in agile teams cooperation (scope and priorities updated in Sprints)
- technical background covering different software implementation and integration technologies (mainly frontend manual tests, but also integrations)
- nice to have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM in general
fluent English communication skills in writing and speaking (multiple countries representatives use English in daily communication and deliverables) - active cooperation style with all team members to secure high quality of the delivery
ability to follow agreed Falck test practice in an efficient manner with limited Test Manager supervision
