The team consists of80people located inDenmark, Poland and Ukraine that are all working with tools and processes tosupport the delivery oftechnology to3Shape’s internal and external stakeholders. The Test Engineering part ofthe team consists of10people located inUkraine. The Customer Experience &Applications team includes eCom, MarTech, CRM, ERP, Integration Platform and Subscription Management applicatiotions. Your key responsibilities willbe: Formulate test strategies aligning with IT, R&D, &Business objectives Design and implement automated testing frameworks, tools &technologies Establish clear test standards, including specification ofall methods, processes and tools tobeused. Develop and implement standardized guidelines for creating test cases Ensuring unified testing approaches and transparent communication Develop strategies for performance and security testing, analysing results for improvements and risk mitigation Staying uptodate with the latest techniques and share your knowledge with others. Assess and peer-review the work ofengineers —mentor and coach colleagues. Beinnovative and recommend new test techniques Design and execute non-functional test cases using standard techniques, collaborating with the team todevelop various business scenarios Demonstrate asolid working knowledge ofvarious tools and techniques and becapable oftraining colleagues. Guide testing techniques and frameworks. Research, plan, and train team members effectively Analyze and gather information from automated testing, identify problems and opportunities, and communicate recommendations that align with business requirements. Share your insights with important stakeholders and identify the most straightforward approach among various options.
