If you are looking for stability and confidence in your future , we are the right place for you. You’ll be part of the Customer Experience & Applications team in the Group IT division in 3Shape. The team consists of 80 people located in Denmark, Poland and Ukraine that are all working with tools and processes to support the delivery of technology to 3Shape’s internal and external stakeholders. The Test Engineering part of the team consists of 10 people located in Ukraine. The Customer Experience & Applications team includes eCom, MarTech, CRM, ERP, Integration Platform and Subscription Management applicatiotions. Your key responsibilities will be: Formulate test strategies aligning with IT, R&D, & Business objectives Design and implement automated testing frameworks, tools &technologies Establish clear test standards, including specification of all methods, processes and tools to be used. Develop and implement standardized guidelines for creating test cases Ensuring unified testing approaches and transparent communication Develop strategies for performance and security testing, analysing results for improvements and risk mitigation Staying up to date with the latest techniques and share your knowledge with others. Assess and peer-review the work of engineers —mentor and coach colleagues. Be innovative and recommend new test techniques Design and execute non-functional test cases using standard techniques, collaborating with the team to develop various business scenarios Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of various tools and techniques and be capable of training colleagues. Guide testing techniques and frameworks. Research, plan, and train team members effectively Analyze and gather information from automated testing, identify problems and opportunities, and communicate recommendations that align with business requirements. Share your insights with important stakeholders and identify the most straightforward approach among various options.
