Main duties:
- Managing and coordinating the sales process in the retail network in the area of responsibility;
- Implementation of sales plans established by the regional manager;
- Implementation of planned distribution indicators in the reporting territory;
- Creation of optimal flows from distributors in terms of quantity and assortment;< /li>
- Control of the timely return of money from the retail network;
- Control of the planned turnover of containers in the retail network;
- Ensuring and monitoring by subordinates of high-quality communication with retail customers of exclusive sales representatives distributor;
- Organization of events for the motivation of sales personnel: senior sales specialists and sales representatives;
- Control of the process of monitoring the database of retail outlets in the territory;
- Conducting an audit of the territory for the presence of ABINBEV EFES Ukraine beer distribution and coaching with senior sales specialists;
- Controlling the reporting of senior sales specialists, conducting a reporting audit;
- Working with problematic outlets , helping senior sales specialists in negotiations, critical situations;
- Setting goals for senior sales specialists on a monthly basis, as well as operational goals for the week, day;
- Conducting constant search work reserves to increase sales, distribution and market share of ABINBEV EFES Ukraine. Cost optimization;
- Analysis of actual and statistical data in the reporting area and creation of plans for further development.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Experience in a commercial structure (3 - 5 years in the field of sales and management);
- Availability of a category "B" driver's license, driving experience from 2 years;
- Knowledge of the structure and methods of functioning of the local market;
- Ability to establish and maintain internal and external contacts;
- A confident PC user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Analytical abilities, communication, flexibility;
- Aspiration for self-development.
