Now we are looking for a Territorial Sales Manager in in the city of Poltava.
Tasks:
- fulfillment of sales plans in the territory, goals for the growth of qualitative and quantitative distribution;
- negotiations with partners, control over compliance with the terms of cooperation and commercial policy;
- initiation and control of trade marketing activities in the territory;
- development of the territory and search for new sales channels;
- li> analysis of the market and activities of competitors in the territory;
- management and control of the work of the exclusive sales team in the territory;
- submission of reports in accordance with the accepted standards of the company.
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience in similar positions;
- experience of working with teams and personnel management;

- sales management, building distribution;
- high motivation to achieve results;
- analytics, ability to work with reports and use sales tools;
- excellent communication skills and negotiation skills;
- readiness for business trips more than 25% of the time.
