Trade and production company "Schedro" - manufacturer of TM "Schedro", "Olli", "Zaporizky" invites to its team a Territorial Manager, Kropyvnytskyi Candidate requirements: Higher education; Successful experience of working in a similar position for 2 years or more (fmcg); Knowledge of distribution market of the territory; Experience of managing a sales team of 5 people; Negotiation skills; Leadership qualities, activity, initiative, focus on results; Availability of a car. The main tasks of the position: Ensuring the implementation of planned indicators of primary and secondary sales in the territory; Formation of a sales team, control processes of training and adaptation of newcomers; Monitoring the performance of work standards of an exclusive team, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation; Building qualitative and quantitative distribution in the territory; Planning and implementation of trade-marketing activities in the territory; Formation of a plan for the development of the territory, conducting effective negotiations with key customers; Interaction with the distributor in accordance with the company's commercial policy; Participation in production planning, ensuring the necessary amount of product balances on the basis of the distributor; Creating a positive atmosphere in the team, organizing the team for effective results.
